With the victory, Eureka improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Hornets host Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL) to confront the Knights in a Heart of Illinois challenge on Friday, December 15. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Fieldcrest won 59-39 in their recent league challenge against Heyworth (Heyworth, IL)

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers (Gardner, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Ridgeview will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 77-44 league win over Tri-Point (Cullom, IL).
