In Tuesday's league outing, the Mineral Point Pointers (Mineral Point, WI) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Southwestern Wildcats (Hazel Green, WI), by a count of 74-31.

The Pointers (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Boscobel (Boscobel, WI). The Bulldogs go into the Southwest Wisconsin Activities outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Boscobel was crushed by Cuba City (Cuba City, WI), 82-63, in a league outing.

Southwestern will clash with a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 51-25 league loss to Darlington (Darlington, WI). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
