Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Sandy Creek Cougars (Fairfield, NE) and the host Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines (Wilber, NE), saw Sandy Creek's basketball squad knock off Wilber-Clatonia by a tally of 41-21.

With the victory, Sandy Creek improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Doniphan-Trumbull (Doniphan, NE) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 21.
