Nevada High School Basketball - Oasis Academy held off by Pershing County

In Wednesday's league test, the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) basketball squad got by the host Oasis Academy Bighorns (Fallon, NV), by a score of 48-45.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) in a 2A Northern test, on Friday, December 20. Pershing County will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 26-12 non-league loss to Smith Valley (Smith, NV).

The Bighorns (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV). The Longhorns come into the 2A Northern test with a 7-1 record.
