The Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA) basketball crushed the host Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Fire Wolves (Nevada City, CA), 56-13 in Tuesday's league test.
The Wildfires (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Highlands (North Highlands, CA). The Scots go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Highlands was trounced by Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA), 35-23, in a non-league test.
The Fire Wolves now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sacramento Waldorf for a Central Valley California League test on Thursday, December 21. Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning will encounter a Waves squad coming off a 63-31 non-league loss to John Adams Academy (El Dorado Hills, CA). The Waves record now stands at 6-4.
