North Carolina High School Basketball - North Duplin topples Union

December 2, 2022: Rose Hill, NC 28458

In Friday's non-league outing, the North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) basketball squad beat the host Union Spartans (Rose Hill, NC), by a margin of 57-47.

The Rebels (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC). The Gators go into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Spring Creek defeated Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC), 49-16, in a non-league outing.

The Spartans now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Midway for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 6. Union will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 56-32 non-league win over Lakewood (Roseboro, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 2-1.
