In Thursday's non-league outing, the Kalaheo Mustangs (Kailua, HI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Farrington Governors (Honolulu, HI), by a count of 78-29.

The Mustangs (9-16) will now prepare for their outing against Castle (Kaneohe, HI). The Knights go into the Oahu - East II outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Castle was crushed by Moanalua (Honolulu, HI), 76-33, in a league outing.

The Governors now hold a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Kaimuki for a non-league match on Saturday, December 30. Farrington will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 71-56 non-league loss to Kalani (Honolulu, HI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-9.
