The Jay Mustangs basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Holmes Huskies to 46 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harlan for a 6A Region IV District 29 contest on Saturday, January 7.

The Huskies (13-12) will now prepare for their contest against Harlan (San Antonio, TX). The Hawks come into the 6A Region IV District 29 contest with a 17-3 record.
