In Tuesday's league outing, the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC), by a count of 63-62.

The Trojans (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders go into the 3A Conference 48 outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, South Rowan was tipped by A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 59-44, in a non-league outing.

The Falcons now hold a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to North Rowan for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 7. West Rowan will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 69-58 non-league loss to Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-2.
