DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL), 65-41 in a league match.

With the victory, DeKalb advances its record to 1-3 on the year. The Barbs travel to Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, IL) to face the Warriors in a DuPage Valley match on Friday, December 13. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 6-0. Waubonsie Valley won 65-48 in their recent non-league match against Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL)

The Huskies now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to York for a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. Naperville North will face a Dukes squad coming off a 63-42 non-league loss to Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL). The Dukes record now stands at 2-2.
