University Laboratory School Junior Rainbows (Honolulu, HI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Hawaii Baptist Academy Eagles (Honolulu, HI), 50-31 in a league bout.

With the victory, University Laboratory School upgrades its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Junior Rainbows travel to Hanalani (Mililani, HI) to play the Royals in a Interscholastic II bout on Saturday, February 3. The Royals come into the bout with a record of 6-10. Hanalani won 61-57 in their recent league bout against Le Jardin Academy (Kailua, HI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Damien Monarchs (Honolulu, HI) in a Interscholastic II bout, on Saturday, February 3. Hawaii Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Monarchs come into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 59-44 league loss to University Laboratory School (Honolulu, HI).
