Oregon High School Basketball - Huntington topped by Prairie City

The Prairie City Panthers basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Huntington Locomotives to 48 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dayville/Monument for a 1A High Desert contest on Saturday, February 11. Prairie City will battle a Tigers team coming off a 88-11 league loss to Crane (Crane, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 3-11.
The Locomotives (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Harper (Harper, OR). The Hornets come into the 1A High Desert contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Harper was defeated by Four Rivers (Ontario, OR), 52-48, in a league contest.
