The Rappahannock Raiders tipped the host Westmoreland Eagles basketball team by a final score of 39-34 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Essex Trojans (Tappahannock, VA) in a Northern Neck game, on Thursday, February 15. Rappahannock will attempt to move on its 12-9 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 19-0 record after their 40-35 league win over Colonial Beach (Colonial Beach, VA).

With the defeat, Westmoreland moves to 14-7 on the year.
