Georgia High School Basketball - Jenkins County toppled by Savannah

Savannah Bluejackets (Savannah, GA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Jenkins County War Eagles (Millen, GA), 60-48 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Savannah advances its record to 21-4 on the year.

The War Eagles now own a 13-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bryan County for a non-league match on Friday, February 14. Jenkins County will face a Redskins squad coming off a 35-34 non-league loss to McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA). The Redskins record now stands at 18-8.
