West Virginia High School Basketball - Poca tipped by Winfield

The Winfield Generals basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Poca The Dots to 52 in the Generals league triumph on Friday.
The Generals now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nitro for a Cardinal contest on Saturday, February 17. Winfield will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 91-59 non-league win over Nicholas County (Summersville, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 18-2.
The The Dots (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Wayne (Wayne, WV). The Pioneers enter the Cardinal contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Wayne nudged Sissonville (Charleston, WV), 71-57, in a league contest.
