The Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons (Grove City, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Kimball Cubs (Kimball, MN), 73-63 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Falcons (10-12) will now prepare for their test against Maple Lake (Maple Lake, MN). The Irish go into the AA Section 6 test with a 0-23 record. In their last test, Maple Lake went down by Holdingford (Holdingford, MN), 83-23, in a league test.
The Cubs now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 28. Kimball will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 71-51 non-league win over Royalton (Royalton, MN). The Jaguars record now stands at 18-4.
