With the victory, Aledo upgrades its record to 17-11 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Rider (Wichita Falls, TX) to play the Raiders in a 5A Region I District 5 challenge on Friday, February 9. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 8-20. Rider lost 70-48 in their recent league challenge against Saginaw (Saginaw, TX)

Next up, the Pirates play the Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 challenge, on Friday, February 9. Granbury will attempt to upgrade on its 17-9 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 26-5 record after their 70-36 league win over Azle (Azle, TX).
