With the victory, Animas improves its record to 6-15 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Magdalena (Magdalena, NM) to confront the Steers in a A District 2 challenge on Saturday, February 11. The Steers come into the challenge with a record of 24-0. Magdalena won 68-41 in their recent league challenge against Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM)

Next up, the Mountaineers confront the Quemado Eagles (Quemado, NM) in a A District 2 challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Reserve will attempt to improve on its 4-18 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 10-13 record after their 46-33 league loss to Cliff (Cliff, NM).
