In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV) basketball squad beat the host Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV), by a count of 65-54.

The Wildcats (24-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 21-4 record. In their last challenge, Shady Spring toppled North Marion (Farmington, WV), 52-30, in a non-league challenge.
