In Tuesday's league contest, the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) lacrosse squad routed the host New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), by a count of 20-2.

Coming up next, the Pirates confront the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) in a Mideastern contest, on Thursday, March 17. Topsail will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 13-1 league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC).
