Gainesville Hurricanes (Gainesville, FL) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Newberry Panthers (Newberry, FL), 15-2 in a non-league battle.

The Hurricanes now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Joseph Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 31.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Trinity Catholic Celtics (Ocala, FL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 1. Newberry will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record.
