New Mexico High School Softball - Valley bounces Manzano

The Valley Vikings routed the host Manzano Monarchs softball squad by a count of 19-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Vikings (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Cougars go into the non-league battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Cibola topped West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM), 15-4, in a non-league battle.

The Monarchs now sport a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Los Lunas for a 5A District 5 battle on Saturday, April 1.
