The Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA), 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Lynbrook upgrades its record to 9-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Mountain View (Mountain View, CA) to play the Spartans in a SCVAL - De Anza outing on Friday, March 31. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 7-9. Mountain View lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Homestead (Cupertino, CA)

The Matadors now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mills for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 1. Monta Vista will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-1 league win over El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 9-2.
