California High School Softball - El Modena gets by Canyon

March 7, 2025: Orange, CA 92869

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA) and the visiting Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA), observed El Modena's softball team get by Canyon by a tally of 2-1.

The Vanguards (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Titans go into the non-league bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Tesoro was nipped by Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 5-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Comanches clash with the Pacifica Mariners (Garden Grove, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 8. Canyon will attempt to advance on its 8-1 season record. The Mariners go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Millikan (Long Beach, CA).
