Texas High School Softball - Parkland bounces Bel Air

Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Bel Air Highlanders (El Paso, TX), witnessed Parkland's softball squad tip Bel Air by a count of 14-7.

The Matadors now sport a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hanks for a 5A Region I District 2 match on Tuesday, March 21. Parkland will face a Knights squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Del Valle (El Paso, TX). The Knights record now stands at 21-1.

With the loss, Bel Air moves to 1-6 on the season. The Highlanders host Del Valle (El Paso, TX) to face the Conquistadores in a 5A Region I District 2 match on Friday, March 24. The Conquistadores go into the match with a record of 13-3.
