The Gray's Creek Bears soccer team scored 8 points and limited the host Seventy-First Falcons to 3 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Bears face the Douglas Byrd Eagles (Fayetteville, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A contest, on Wednesday, April 13. Gray's Creek will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 0-9 record after their 9-0 league loss to South View (Hope Mills, NC).

The Falcons now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cape Fear for a United Eight 3A/4A contest on Wednesday, April 13. Seventy-First will face a Colts team coming off a 3-0 league win over Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC). The Colts record now stands at 9-3.
