The Briggs Bruins (Columbus, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Columbus International Lions (Columbus, OH), 21-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Bruins now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host West for a Columbus City - South challenge on Monday, April 14. Briggs will clash with a Cowboys team coming off a 16-2 league loss to Independence (Columbus, OH). The Cowboys record now stands at 0-2.
