The West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) baseball the host North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC), 4-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they host Topsail for a Mideastern 3A/4A challenge on Thursday, April 17. West Brunswick will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 10-9 league loss to South Brunswick (Southport, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 10-8.
With the defeat, North Brunswick drops to 7-10 on the year. The Scorpions travel to South Brunswick (Southport, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a Mideastern 3A/4A challenge on Thursday, April 17. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 7-10. South Brunswick won 10-9 in their recent league challenge against Topsail (Hampstead, NC)
