Pennsylvania High School Softball - Neshannock bounces Shenango

April 25, 2025: New Castle, PA 16101

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) and the host Shenango Wildcats (New Castle, PA), observed Neshannock's softball team prevail over Shenango by a tally of 11-1.

The Lancers (13-0) will now prepare for their bout against Riverside (Ellwood City, PA). The Panthers go into the WPIAL 2A 1 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Riverside knocked off Shenango (New Castle, PA), 2-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Laurel Spartans (New Castle, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 1 bout, on Monday, April 28. Shenango will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 7-4 record after their 6-2 league loss to Neshannock (New Castle, PA).
