Pennsylvania High School Softball - Shenango Neshannock

April 9, 2025: New Castle, PA 16105

In Wednesday's league test, the Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Shenango Wildcats (New Castle, PA), by a tally of 6-0.

Next, the Lancers meet the Riverside Panthers (Ellwood City, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 1 test, on Friday, April 11. Neshannock will attempt to advance on its 9-0 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 11-3 league loss to Shenango (New Castle, PA).

The Wildcats (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Laurel (New Castle, PA). The Spartans go into the WPIAL 2A 1 test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Laurel held off Aliquippa (Aliquippa, PA), 15-0, in a league test.
