In Saturday's league match, the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes softball team scored a nice 19-10 win over the Taos Tigers.

The Elks/Elkettes (5-16) will now prepare for their match against Taos (Taos, NM). The Tigers come into the 4A District 2 match with a 4-11 record. In their last match, Taos was routed by Moriarty (Moriarty, NM), 17-0, in a league match.
