California High School Baseball - Santa Clara loses to Wilcox

The Santa Clara Bruins baseball team (Santa Clara, CA), was overwhelmed 7-2 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA)

The Chargers now hold a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palo Alto for a De Anza outing on Wednesday, May 3. Wilcox will confront a Vikings team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Los Altos (Los Altos, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 11-10.

Next, the Bruins confront the Mountain View Spartans (Mountain View, CA) in a De Anza outing, on Wednesday, May 3. Santa Clara will attempt to advance on its 10-12 season record. The Spartans go into the outing with a 9-12 record after their 14-5 league loss to Gunn (Palo Alto, CA).
