New Mexico High School Baseball - Santa Fe loses to Sandia

In Saturday's league bout, the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), by a tally of 22-3.

Next up, the Matadors encounter the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 2 bout, on Saturday, April 12. Sandia will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Monarchs enter the bout with a 7-8 record after their 16-5 league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM).

The Demons (4-13) will now prepare for their bout against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars enter the 5A District 2 bout with a 9-6 record.
