Nevada High School Softball - Yerington tipped by Oasis Academy

In Saturday's league contest, the Oasis Academy Bighorns (Fallon, NV) softball team the visiting Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV), by a margin of 10-8.

With the triumph, Oasis Academy moves its record to 13-2 on the year. The Bighorns host Pershing County (Lovelock, NV) to play the Mustangs in a 2A- Northern contest on Tuesday, April 9. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 15-0. Pershing County won 1-0 in their recent league contest against Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV)

In their next game, the Lions play the Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV) in a 2A- Northern contest, on Tuesday, April 9. Yerington will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Highlanders come into the contest with a 1-11 record after their 16-2 league loss to Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV).
