Ohio High School Baseball - South wallops Independence

April 9, 2025: Columbus, OH 43206

In Wednesday's league game, the host South Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 14-4 victory over the Independence 76ers.

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH). The Warriors enter the Columbus City - South game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, Eastmoor Academy was overwhelmed by Groveport-Madison (Groveport, OH), 8-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the 76ers face the Walnut Ridge Scots (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - South game, on Friday, April 11. Independence will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Scots enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 5-4 league loss to Briggs (Columbus, OH).
