California High School Baseball - Mills edges San Mateo

The Mills Vikings (Millbrae, CA) baseball the host San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA), 7-5 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Camino for a Peninsula - Ocean challenge on Tuesday, May 6. Mills will clash with a Colts team coming off a 4-3 league win over Woodside (Woodside, CA). The Colts record now stands at 6-15.

With the defeat, San Mateo drops to 10-12 on the year. The Bearcats host Cupertino (Cupertino, CA) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3. The Pioneers go into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Cupertino won 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA)
