The Johnston Dragons crushed the host Indianola Indians baseball team by a tally of 10-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Dragons now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 18. Johnston will face a Lynx team coming off a 4-1 league win over Sioux City West (Sioux City, IA). The Lynx record now stands at 2-0.
Next, the Indians face the Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 20. Indianola will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 4-0 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, IA).
