In Wednesday's league bout, the Woodbine Tigers (Woodbine, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Boyer Valley Bulldogs (Dunlap, IA), by a tally of 19-5.

Next up, the Tigers encounter the Exira-EHK Spartans (Elk Horn, IA) in a Rolling Valley bout, on Friday, June 13. Woodbine will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 1-7 record after their 6-1 league loss to CAM (Anita, IA).

The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA). The Wildcats enter the Rolling Valley bout with a 4-7 record. In their last bout, Glidden-Ralston overcame Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA), 14-4, in a league bout.
