The Woodbine Tigers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Boyer Valley Bulldogs to 1 in the Tigers league win on Friday.

The Tigers now hold a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kuemper for a non-league test on Saturday, June 28. Woodbine will play a Knights team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Knights record now stands at 12-10.

With the defeat, Boyer Valley drops to 6-8 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA) to play the Wildcats in a Rolling Valley test on Monday, June 30. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 6-12. Glidden-Ralston lost 10-3 in their recent league test against Coon Rapids-Bayard (Coon Rapids, IA)
