The Lions (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Monsignor Donovan Catholic (Athens, GA). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Monsignor Donovan Catholic went down by Clarke Central (Athens, GA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars encounter the Chestatee War Eagles (Gainesville, GA) in a 4A Area 8 challenge, on Tuesday, August 30. Cedar Shoals will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record.
