The Panthers now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Alliance for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 31. Hershey will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 13-5 league loss to Gering (Gering, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Bayard falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Chadron (Chadron, NE) to battle the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 31. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. Chadron lost 16-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Scottsbluff (Scottsbluff, NE)
