Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves (Lansing, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Tinley Park Titans (Tinley Park, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Red Wolves (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bremen (Midlothian, IL). The Braves come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Bremen beat Southland College Prep (Matteson, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Titans meet the Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 30. Tinley Park will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Blazing Trojan go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Joliet Central (Joliet, IL).
