The Oak Grove Panthers softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Harrisonville Wildcats to 0 in the Panthers league win on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pleasant Hill for a Class 3 District 14 challenge on Thursday, September 11. Oak Grove will meet a Roosters/Chicks squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Truman (Independence, MO). The Roosters/Chicks record now stands at 5-4.

The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO). The Tigers go into the Class 3 District 14 outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Warrensburg was routed by Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO), 18-9, in a non-league outing.
