Utah High School Football - Cedar holds off Hurricane

September 20, 2024: Cedar City, UT 84720

The Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT) football tipped the visiting Hurricane Tigers (Hurricane, UT), 28-21 in Friday's league outing.

The Reds now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine View for a 4A Region 9 outing on Friday, September 27. Cedar will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 35-34 league win over Dixie (St. George, UT). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Hurricane drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Snow Canyon (St. George, UT) to clash with the Warriors in a 4A Region 9 outing on Friday, September 27. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 2-4. Snow Canyon lost 35-6 in their recent league outing against Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT)
