Connecticut High School Volleyball - North Branford tips Morgan

The North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) volleyball held off the visiting Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT), 3-2 in Monday's league bout.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Hand for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 24. North Branford will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 league win over Mercy (Middletown, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Morgan drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT) to clash with the Blue Devils in a Shoreline bout on Wednesday, September 24. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 2-7. Coginchaug Regional lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Cromwell (Cromwell, CT)
