Next, the Pirates meet the Platte County Pirates (Platte City, MO) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 30. Belton will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 12-5 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Ruskin (Kansas City, MO).

The Panthers (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Truman (Independence, MO). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 5-17 record. In their last test, Truman held off St. Teresa's Academy (Kansas City, MO), 12-3, in a league test.
