The Washington-Liberty Generals volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting McLean Highlanders to 0 in the Generals league victory on Tuesday.
The Generals now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to George C. Marshall for a Liberty game on Thursday, September 7. Washington-Liberty will meet a Statesmen team coming off a 3-2 league win over Yorktown (Arlington, VA). The Statesmen record now stands at 4-4.
The Highlanders (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Herndon (Herndon, VA). The Hornets enter the Liberty game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Herndon dropped by South Lakes (Reston, VA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
