Nebraska High School Softball - Alliance bounces Lexington

September 6, 2025: Lexington, NE 68850

The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Alliance Bulldogs (Alliance, NE) and the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), observed Alliance's softball team notch a victory over Lexington by a tally of 12-0.

The Bulldogs (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Scottsbluff (Scottsbluff, NE). The Bearcats enter the B District 10 contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Scottsbluff was routed by Kearney (Kearney, NE), 12-3, in a non-league contest.

The Minutemen now hold a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Southern Valley/Alma for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 9. Lexington will battle a team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Chase County (Imperial, NE). The record now stands at 4-5.
