Yisel Yepez posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. She struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off six hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in nine consecutive appearances.
