Tschetter led Freeman to No. 1 in the MaxPreps 9-man national computer rankings while finishing 12-0 with a 9AA state title. He posted 2,876 yards of total offense and led the state of South Dakota with the most combined touchdowns with 44.
Belquist led New Rockford to a championship in North Dakota as his team overcame the tragic loss of teammate Tucker Faul, who died in a car accident prior to the start of the postseason. New Rockford held off Lamoure-Litchfield/Marion to win 38-22 and finish 13-0. The Rockets are back-to-back undefeated state champions and have won 25 straight games.
The 9-man All-Americans team consist of 51 players on two teams. The players are chosen from the five states that play 9-man football: Georgia, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon and South Dakota.
